What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies by product category:

  • Large Equipment (floor scrubbers, sweepers, carpet extractors): MOQ 1 unit per model -- ideal for trial orders
  • Cleaning Supplies & Tools: MOQ typically 50-200 units depending on SKU
  • Cleaning Chemicals: MOQ 100 kg / 100 L per formula
  • OEM / Custom orders: Negotiable based on product complexity and volume

Mixed container orders are welcome. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your specific product mix.

Standard products: 3-7 business days production + shipping transit
BULK ORDER
Large quantity orders: 15-30 days depending on volume
OEM/CUSTOM
Custom / OEM products: 30-60 days including tooling and sampling

We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier. FOB Guangzhou is our standard Incoterm; CIF and DDP are available on request.

What payment terms and methods do you accept?

We offer flexible payment terms for B2B buyers:

  • Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (T/T bank transfer)
  • Letter of Credit (L/C) accepted for orders above $20,000 USD
  • PayPal / credit card available for small trial orders
  • Long-term partners may qualify for net-30 credit terms after relationship establishment

All transactions are in USD. We provide full commercial invoices and packing lists for customs clearance.
